My client, an established property management company is seeking a Technical Services Manager to join their Property Management team at a prominent building in Leicester, responsible for providing technical services support and management across the site. 

Responsibilities will include leading the planning and delivery of all technical services, including reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring optimal performance across hard services. Key Responsibilities:
