Candidates should demonstrate previous experience managing soft services operations within a large commercial property, mixed-use development, retail destination, or similarly busy public-facing environment. You will have experience managing outsourced service partners, overseeing operational budgets, and maintaining detailed compliance and reporting systems. A relevant health and safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH, along with membership of IWFM or RICS, would be advantageous.
