The Client

Our client is a leading multi-national Facilities Management company that operate in a number of sectors including Manufacturing, Transport and Corporate Facilities Management. They are now seeking a Cleaning Account Manager, responsible for overseeing contract cleaning operations across multiple sites in in the Newcastle and North East Region.

 

Responsibilities and Objectives

Objectives for the role will include meeting agreed SLA/KPI targets and developing a collaborative relationship with the client, and the client’s stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include people management of a team that includes cleaning operatives and supervisors, budget management, purchasing, health and safety, contract compliance, and relationship management.

Ideally candidates should have a similar set of skills and experience, with strong organisational skills, a full driving license, proven people management skills, and should be based in the North East.

 

Salary & Benefits 

The role comes with salary up to £45,000, a £6000 car allowance, various benefits and a lucrative bonus.
