We are delighted to be partnered with a niche property management company who are growing at a rapid rate, and now require a Facilities Manager to join their business, based in Woking. You will be responsible for a mixed portfolio of properties across the M3 / M4 corridor, with your main site being based in Woking.

Key Duties:

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of your portfolio, carrying out regular site visits
• Production and management of each buildings service charge budget
• Attending tenant / client meetings, whilst acting as a key point of contact for any issues
• Creating innovative ways to engage with tenants, rolling out monthly events within buildings, and workshops to involve tenants.
• Overseeing all health & safety matters of your properties, completing risk assessments and ensuring statutory compliance is up to date.
• Overseeing any project work throughout your buildings and liaising with occupiers to ensure that they are not affected.
• Management of onsite service partners, both hard & soft services

You will have a good understanding of health & safety / compliance along with ideally holding a recognised health & safety qualification such as an IOSH or NEBOSH. It is also desirable that you have previously set and managed service charge budgets.

You will have a background within the commercial property management sector, and ideally have previously managed a mixed-use property portfolio. Due to the travel required within this role, it is essential that you hold a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Manager to join a global managing agent, overseeing a vast and complex estate in Oxford. This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background or significant knowledge in hard services management, with a preference for candidates who have experience managing property in the laboratory or pharmaceutical environments.

As the Estate Manager, you will ensure the seamless operation of the estate services, including maintenance, compliance, and contractor management. You’ll be the key point of contact for tenants, managing a mix of high-tech spaces and laboratories to ensure both safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the estate’s hard & soft services, including planned and reactive maintenance for a highly regulated site.
• Collaborate closely with tenants, contractors, and the in-house team to ensure exceptional service levels.
• Manage and maintain compliance with all HSE and regulatory requirements, particularly those specific to lab and pharmaceutical environments.

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Estate Operations Manager for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract to join a top-tier real estate consultancy supporting with the management of a prestigious, large mixed-use estate in Oxford. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the estate runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will work closely with tenants, contractors, and the property management team to deliver high standards in maintenance, security, and facilities services. Although this role is only an initial 6 month contract, there is a strong possibly this could turn permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the estate, ensuring quality and compliance across all services.
• Manage relationships with tenants, providing excellent service and addressing concerns promptly.

Senior Building Manager

Hexagon Group are delighted to be working with a leading real estate company who have an exciting requirement for a Senior Building Manager to manage an iconic, multi-tenanted property that stands at over 300,000sqft and occupies some of the world’s largest professional services organisations.

Within the role, you will be supported by an Assistant Building Manager and have support from a Regional Engineering Manager along with a full range of FM service partners on-site with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day to day management of the asset, managing both the hard & soft services
• Responsible for driving the highest levels of customer service.
• Management of your on-site service partners, and the in-house reception team
• Liasing with your reception team in relation to the running of monthly events program and working with the local community to launch new pop-up events for the communal areas.
• Responsible for all site compliance, ensuring the compliance is up to date, and health & safety is strictly followed.
• Production and management of a large, multi-million service charge budget
• Working with various internal teams on energy & sustainability projects
• Oversight of any tenant fit outs, working closely with your tenants to limit any disturbance.

• Day-to-day management of the estate, providing exceptional levels of customer service to your tenants and attending monthly tenant meetings.
