Having expanded significantly in recent years they are now seeking to bolster the team with the recruitment of a Building Surveyor who will help develop and deliver a wide range of works including ESG/asset improvement projects and maintenance across a portfolio of residential/accommodation assets.

Duties will include feasibility, due diligence and works management, working side by side with the Asset Management and Property Management teams. A true client side role, you'll work closely with outsourced property operators and specialist consultancies to successfully deliver works to an exceptionally high standard.

The ideal candidate will likely come from a Building Surveying background, and might be currently working for a Managing Agent, Building Surveying Practice/Professional Services Consultancy or in a similar Client Side role. You should have extensive experience delivering instructions within residential property, along with experience delivering both maintenance and asset improvement projects.

In addition, the role involves processing invoices to ensuring of timely payments, assisting Property Managers with financial queries and budget preparation, preparing monthly reports, issuing Service Charge demands, analysing financial data, managing accruals and prepayments, reviewing budgets, and overseeing credit control to ensure the prompt payment of invoices.
