In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, carrying out monthly and quarterly site visits to ensure smooth operations. You will assist in the production and ongoing management of each site’s service charge budgets, while acting as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients. A key part of the role will involve overseeing all health and safety matters, ensuring full statutory compliance across your properties. In addition, you will manage on-site service partners, covering both hard and soft services, to maintain high standards of delivery.

We are keen to speak to individuals who come from a background within facilities management, this will ideally be working for a managing agent or landlord, managing multi-site portfolios or a singular multi-tenanted property. In addition, you will have strong knowledge of health & safety / compliance, which will ideally be backed up with an IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate and be familiar with the process of setting a service charge budget.

As part of an exciting period of growth, they are seeking a Senior Building Manager to oversee a small portfolio of prestigious ‘trophy’ assets in the City of London. You will be responsible for a 300,000 sqft property, in addition to two further properties located nearby. Each site has an Assistant Building Manager in place, for whom you will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship

As the Senior Building Manager, you will take ownership of the day to day operations of the 3 properties, ensuring seamless delivery of both hard and soft services while driving exceptional customer service standards. You’ll lead and motivate the on-site service partners, constantly looking for ways to elevate the tenant’s experience and deliver outstanding service. With full responsibility for site compliance, you’ll maintain rigorous health and safety standards and keep all records up to date. Responsibilities
In this role you will provide daily administrative support to the property management team and act as the first point of contact for occupiers, contractors, and visitors. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the property’s health & safety, ensuring the tenants follow the procedures closely and all statutory compliance is up to date and logged correctly.
• Supporting with the production and management of the service charge budget
• Working closely with the occupiers, forming strong relationships and frequently communicating with them.

Key responsibilities:

• Working closely with the team that reports into you; providing guidance and mentorship when required and carrying out yearly reviews.

We are supporting a highly regarded property management company with their search for a Residential Facilities Manager, overseeing a prestigious portfolio of high-end residential blocks across West London. You will be part of a team of 4 which includes another Residential Facilities Manager, along with 2 Senior Block Property Managers; in addition, you will also have a team of Gardner’s and Porter’s that will report directly into you. You will be based on site 2 days a week with the remainder of your week spent working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management across the residential blocks, and wider estate.
• Monitor estate health & safety, and ensure all statutory health & safety and building safety regulations are up to date.
• Manage both hard and soft FM services, including cleaning, security, landscaping, and M&E maintenance

My client, an established property management company is seeking a Technical Services Manager to join their Property Management team at a prominent building in Leicester, responsible for providing technical services support and management across the site. 

Responsibilities will include leading the planning and delivery of all technical services, including reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring optimal performance across hard services. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with statutory legislation, health and safety standards, and site policies, acting as the lead for all technical audits and assurance checks.

Additional responsibilities include management of the BMS and CAFM, supporting capital works and fit-out projects, and collaborating with occupiers, contractors, and the client to ensure the successful delivery of the various services under your domain. Budgetary responsibility is also key, with the candidate expected to manage the technical services budget in line with business plan.

Candidates should have a solid background in building services, strong leadership experience, and be well-versed in compliance, operational systems, and contractor management. A relevant engineering qualification and health and safety certification (e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH) are essential.
