One of the World’s leading providers of facilities and maintenance services, are now seeking a Hard Services Account Manager to join their Management Team.
The successful post holder will be responsible for managing several mechanical and electrical maintenance contracts within high-end commercial properties in London. A client facing, operational role you'll be responsible for leading a team that includes, contract supervisors, maintenance engineers and administrative staff. You'll also be responsible for nurturing the relationship with clients, contract mobilisation, commercial and financial management (with the support of the Commercial Finance Team) and delivering small projects for your clients.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and will have previously worked in a similar operational management, account management or contract management position. In addition, you will need a technical background with a building services qualification, demonstrable leadership/management qualities and relationship management skills.
