Senior Facilities Manager (Client Side)

Central London

£55,000 - £60,000

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding services in a high-profile environment?

Hexagon Group are delighted to be partnering with a leading FTSE-listed investment management company, committed to operational excellence and creating a safe, welcoming workplace. We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Senior Facilities Manager to oversee our client’s prestigious London headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational management of all soft services, including security, cleaning, reception, catering to name a few. Coordinate and manage third-party service providers to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with all service partners to ensure service levels are consistently met and improved upon. Carrying out retendering, and benchmarking for all soft service contracts when needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sub-tenants, attending to any requirements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead facilities-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with H&S teams to implement best practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Production and management of the budgets for Facilities Services and Service Charge accounts, ensuring responsible spending within approved limits.

 

About You

  • Hold significant experience working as a senior FM professional, ideally within a multi-tenanted corporate building.
  • Proven experience managing both hard and soft services in facilities management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence and relationship building.
  • Health & Safety awareness, with certifications like IOSH or NEBOSH preferred
  • Experienced in the setting and management of service charge / facilities budgets
  • Be a strong team player, and have the ability to work independently, solving complex issues
