Estate Manager

West London

£55,000 - £65,000 DOE 

Hexagon Group are delighted to be working with a respectable property management company who have a new requirement for an Estate Manager to manage a vibrant, mixed-use estate in West London. The estate consists of various boutique retailers, several commercial units, and areas of public realm where regular events will take place which you shall coordinate alongside the marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of the estate, providing exceptional levels of customer service to your tenants and attending monthly tenant meetings.
  • Overseeing the health & safety for the estate and ensuring statutory compliance is up to date.
  • Production and management of a multi-million-pound service charge budget.
  • Working with the internal project teams regarding any fit-out, refurbishment and replacement projects
  • Carrying out regular property inspections and dealing with any issues that arise promptly.
  • Management of the hard & soft service partners on-site, monitoring their performance, carrying out performance reviews when required, and re-tendering contracts upon renewal dates.
  • Coordinating engaging events for tenants, and the wider public. Ensuring the smooth delivery of these events.
  • Driving energy & sustainability initiatives across the estate; implementing waste management initiatives to fall in line with the agreed objective.

You will ideally hold previous experience managing a mixed-use estate or a sizeable, multi-purpose property; however, our client is more than happy to speak with experienced Facilities Managers who have worked in a regional capacity, managing multi-site portfolios.

You will have a strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, this will ideally be backed up with an IOSH or NEBOSH certificate, be experienced creating & managing service charge budgets, and possess exceptional levels of customer service.
