Job Description

Our client is a leading property investor with £Billions of property assets under management in Europe, the US and Asia. They have significant holdings in both the commercial and student accommodation markets and are looking to further consolidate their portfolio in the UK with a number of property acquisitions.

As part of that growth plan, they are looking to strengthen the team by hiring a Senior Technical Services Manager with a strong mechanical and electrical background working out of their London office.

As a senior member of the Technical Services Team, you'll work closely with Property Management and Asset Management Colleagues, along with outsourced managing agents to ensure properties are correctly maintained and compliant, so that building users enjoy the best possible experience whilst maintaining the value and longevity of mechanical and electrical assets.

In addition, you will take a lead role in developing and implementing energy saving/asset improvement strategies, providing governance on projects from conception to completion, and will ensure that works carried out adhere to company Health and Safety policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Mechanical and Electrical background and can be biased towards either discipline. Its important that you have both strong practical and theoretical engineering knowledge with experience of managing maintenance, and projects.

The role comes with a salary up to £85,000, various benefits plus a highly generous bonus scheme.
