Job Description

Our client is a leading property investor with £Billions under management in Europe, the US and Asia. They have significant holdings in both the commercial and student accommodation markets and are looking to further consolidate their portfolio in the UK with a number of property acquisitions.

As part of that growth plan, they are looking to strengthen the team by hiring a Technical Services Manager with a strong mechanical and electrical background working out of their London office.

Supporting other senior members of the Technical Services Team, and working closely with outsourced managing agents, you will ensure properties are correctly maintained and compliant to ensure building users enjoy the best possible experience whilst maintaining asset value.

In addition, you will help develop and implement energy saving/asset improvement strategies, provide governance on projects from conception to completion, and will ensure that works carried out adhere to stringent Health and Safety practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Mechanical and Electrical background and can be biased towards either discipline. Its important that you have both strong practical and theoretical engineering knowledge with experience of managing maintenance, and projects.

The role comes with a salary up to £75,000, various benefits plus a highly generous bonus scheme.
