Mayfair

£47,000 - £50,000

A leading luxury residential management company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations at a prestigious residential development in the heart of Mayfair. This is a rare opportunity to join a company renowned for managing some of London’s most exclusive addresses and delivering five-star service to discerning residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all planned and reactive maintenance across the property, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.
  • Overseeing specialist contractors and suppliers to ensure work is delivered efficiently and to luxury standards.
  • Carrying out hands-on maintenance tasks where required (fabric, basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, etc.).
  • Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining detailed records for audits and inspections.
  • Working closely with the concierge and estate teams to ensure seamless resident experience.
  • Preparing maintenance reports and contributing to budget planning and cost control.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or Building Services role, ideally within luxury residential or hospitality environments.
  • A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and contractor management skills.
  • Relevant technical qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds, NVQ, IOSH, etc.) are desirable.
  • A polished, professional attitude with an eye for detail and service excellence.

If you’re looking to take the next step in your career and be part of a luxury property setting where standards matter, we’d love to hear from you.
